Railprofileanalysismethodsthatutilizecontactlessimageprocessi ngtechniquesareavailable in theliterature in ordertoavoidtheseproblems. Thispaperpresents a comparison of raildefectdetectionmethodsthatareavailable in theliterature. Thesemethods in theliteraturehavebeencompared in terms of feasibility, performance, accuracy, elapsed time, andimageprocessingtechniquesused.
